Dan Feldman

President


Dan Feldman has been with Kramer & Feldman since 1993. Dan started his opportunity with KFI as a carpenter, and then moved into the role of Jobsite Superintendent as the company grew. Dan is now part owner, Project Manager & President at Kramer & Feldman, Inc.

Dan Kramer has been in the commercial contracting field for 40 plus years and started his career as a carpenter before advancing to Field Superintendent, General Superintendent and Field Operations Manager. From those experiences grew the desire to start Kramer & Feldman in 1992.



Mike Feldman

Vice President


Mike Feldman has been in the general contracting business for over 40 years. Dan Kramer and Mike Feldman started Kramer & Feldman in 1992, and worked to create a stable work force and loyal customers.


Carl Padgett

Senior Estimator


Carl Padgett has been with Kramer & Feldman since 1997. Carl has a Bachelor of Science, Construction Management and an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering, as well as extensive training in construction estimating and scheduling.

Josh Smallwood

Vice President of Operations


Josh Smallwood has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and with Kramer & Feldman since 2003. Josh started his career as a laborer, then a carpenter, before advancing to a Field superintendent. Josh is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the field employees, and equipment, along with estimating and project management.

Renee Kraus

Office Manager


Renee Kraus has been in the construction industry for 30 years and has been at Kramer & Feldman, Inc. since 2006.  In addition to organizing the day-to-day functions in our office, Renee is responsible for payroll, accounts receivables and payables.
