Dan Kramer has been in the commercial contracting field for 40 plus years and started his career as a carpenter before advancing to Field Superintendent, General Superintendent and Field Operations Manager. From those experiences grew the desire to start Kramer & Feldman in 1992.
Mike Feldman has been in the general contracting business for 42 years. Dan Kramer and I started Kramer and Feldman in 1992.
Carl Padgett has been with Kramer and Feldman starting in 1997. Carl’s has a Bachelor of Science, Construction Management and an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering, as well as extensive training in construction estimating and scheduling.
Estimator and Project Manager
Estimator and Project Manager, Josh Smallwood has been in the construction industry for 20 years and with Kramer and Feldman since 2003. Josh started his career as a laborer, then a carpenter, before advancing to a Field superintendent. Josh is responsible for the day to day functions of the field employees, and equipment, along with estimating and project management.
Renee Kraus has been in the construction industry for 30 years and has been at Kramer & Feldman, Inc. for 10 years. In addition to organizing the day-to-day functions in our office, Renee is responsible for payroll, accounts receivables and payables.
